Ways to Engage
This page outlines how I hold and engage this practice.
Each mode of engagement is offered with care, discretion, and attention to readiness, intention, and pacing.
This work can be catalytic, but it is not a silver bullet.
Lasting impact depends on how experiences are integrated and supported through ongoing choices, structure, and daily life.
Individual Ceremonial Work
Individual ceremonies are held for targeted, intention-specific work.
This format allows for precise pacing, focused preparation, and close attention to the individual’s nervous system, history, and capacity. It is suited for those working with a clear intention, navigating a particular threshold, or seeking depth rather than breadth.
Sessions are shaped around what is needed rather than around a fixed structure.
Preparation and follow-up are integral.
While these encounters can be powerful, they are not ends in themselves. Their value depends on how insight is integrated into relationships, work, health, and daily rhythm over time.
Group & Collective Containers
Group ceremonies are held periodically and with intention.
They may be oriented toward a shared collective inquiry, or toward supporting individuals in their initial encounter with non-dual states of consciousness. For some, this is an accessible and well-held introduction to the practice.
Group size, pacing, and structure are adapted to the composition of the group and the conditions present. Attention is given to safety, containment, and post-ceremony integration.
As with all work here, the emphasis is not on intensity, but on coherence — both individually and collectively.
Psychedelic & Entheogenic Integration
Integration supports the nervous system and body in orienting after psychedelic or non-dual encounters, whether held here or elsewhere.
This work focuses on stabilization, coherence, and translating insight into lived change. Sessions attend to how experiences impact daily life, relationships, decision-making, and capacity over time.
Integration may include somatic processing where appropriate, particularly when experiences have touched deep layers of embodied memory.
Without integration and supportive lifestyle shifts, insight fades.
With structure, pacing, and commitment, it can become durable.
