Liminal Wisdom is a practice devoted to the intelligence found at thresholds.
There are experiences that interrupt our ordinary understanding of who we are: psychedelic medicine, pregnancy, abortion, birth, loss, death, spiritual emergence, and profound periods of transition. These experiences can move us outside familiar ways of knowing and into states where identity, meaning, and perception become more fluid.
Liminal Wisdom works within these spaces.
We specialize in 5-MeO-DMT, psychedelic integration, and reproductive experiences. We offer private and group 5-MeO-DMT ceremonies; 5-MeO-DMT and iboga integration coaching; in-person Psychedelic Abortion containers; distance-based reproductive integration combining medicine work with individual support around abortion and pregnancy loss; and longer initiatory containers including The Creator Code.
The name Liminal Wisdom refers to the knowledge that can emerge when we are between states, when an old identity or understanding has loosened, but whatever comes next has not yet fully formed.
Rather than rushing through these thresholds, we create intentional spaces for entering them, staying with what emerges, and integrating the experience afterward.
Our approach brings together psychedelic medicine, somatic and narrative inquiry, ritual, reproductive consciousness, and ancient frameworks of initiation. The work is informed by the Great Cosmic Mother and ancient understandings of creation, death, regeneration, and the body as interconnected processes, alongside the Seven Gates of Inanna, Bwiti Fang teachings, contemporary psychedelic integration, and decades of reproductive-care experience.
