Liminal Wisdom offers an individualized, trauma-informed approach to 5-MeO-DMT practice.
Much of contemporary psychedelic culture has been shaped by a masculine model of intensity: higher doses, rapid escalation, ego death, breakthrough, blast-off. The experience is often treated as something to conquer, achieve, or survive.
This practice moves differently.
Each person is met according to their history, nervous system, readiness, and capacity. The work is paced rather than pushed. Attention is given to what the body is communicating before, during, and after the encounter, with the understanding that more intensity does not necessarily produce more depth.
The aim is not to overwhelm the self into surrender. It is to create the conditions in which surrender can arise naturally.
Preparation, consent, somatic awareness, and integration are not secondary supports surrounding the medicine. They are central to the practice itself.

No two encounters with 5-MeO-DMT are identical.
Every person arrives with a different history, nervous system, and relationship to consciousness. Rather than applying a fixed ceremonial model, each container is shaped according to the individual while remaining grounded in a consistent framework of preparation, ceremony, and integration.
The ceremony itself is only one part of the work. Equal attention is given to what follows, as insight becomes embodied through integration over the days, weeks, and months afterwards.
The aim is not to create extraordinary experiences.
It is to cultivate the capacity to receive them, embody them, and allow them to become part of the way you live.

The Creator Code

Pregnancy is not simply a biological event. The Creator Code is a 13-week initiation using the Seven Gates of Inanna and 5-MeO-DMT to consciously revisit and integrate pregnancy, abortion, birth, or loss as a threshold of consciousness.

The Great Cosmic Mother we dare to say, is one of the most important texts of our time. It is a remembrance and reclamation of the history and evolution of the feminine. This text grounds down and spells out the truths of Ancient Matriarchy, and how it was utterly suppressed by the rise of modern religion and the patriarchy.
This group will be in reverent study of the divine mother, matriarchy, and ancient feminine truths. GCM is 52 chapters, we will read one chapter a week, for a year together. We will meet monthly on the new moon, starting on October 21st, 2025 to discuss, deepen and expand.
